With extensive expertise in school management, Mr. Khan oversees all aspects of the institution, from curriculum design to infrastructural development. Devoted to the future of HPGS, he consistently dedicates his time to planning and pursuing continual improvements, ensuring the institution remains at the forefront of educational excellence.
Maleeha Khan
Chairperson and Director of Admissions & Human Resources
Since 2000, Maleeha Khan has served as Chairperson and Director of Admissions & Human Resources, leading with a passion for inspiring students across all age groups. A central figure in managing school affairs, she is personally involved in every admission, ensuring each student receives the highest quality educational experience. Her commitment to excellence is unwavering, particularly in matters of academic quality and institutional standards.
With a keen focus on Early Childhood Education, Maleeha Khan also oversees the recruitment of skilled educators and manages the institution's organizational structure. Dedicated to fostering a professional teaching environment, she conducts in-house training programs to continually enhance the skills and knowledge of the faculty.

Managing Director and Director of Academics
Mr. Muhammad Hassan Khan serves as Managing Director and Director of Academics, bringing visionary leadership to the Happy Palace Group of Schools. Known for his ambition, determination, and commitment to educational excellence, he has spearheaded initiatives to expand and modernize the institution’s curriculum and teaching methodologies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University College London and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, Mr. Khan’s exceptional academic and professional background uniquely qualifies him for his role.
In addition to his academic leadership, Mr. Hassan Khan is a dedicated career advisor and student counselor, providing invaluable guidance to students across various age groups. Mr. Muhammad Athar Khan
Managing Director and Head of Legal Affairs
Mr. Muhammad Athar Khan, Managing Director and Head of Legal Affairs, oversees the corporate and legal framework for the Happy Palace Group of Schools, as well as Business Development and Operations. A highly qualified legal professional, he holds an LLB from the University of Manchester, a Bar qualification from Lincoln’s Inn, London, and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley.
In his role, Mr. Athar Khan is responsible for managing the organization’s corporate affairs, which include shaping corporate and HR policies, liaising with government departments, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. His expertise ensures that the group operates within a robust legal and operational framework, fostering sustainable growth and adherence to regulatory standards.
Mr. Muhammad Faizan Khan
Managing Director and Director of Education and School Learning Experience
Mr. Muhammad Faizan Khan serves as the Managing Director of Education and School Learning Experience at the Happy Palace Group of Schools. Recognized as one of the youngest educationists in Pakistan, he is the newest member of the board of directors and aspires to elevate the institution to new heights, aligning it with the best educational standards found in top schools in the UK
With a commitment to integrating innovative ideas and modern techniques into the curriculum, Mr. Khan aims to enhance the quality of education through the effective use of technology in both traditional and digital learning environments. He completed his foundation year in Economics, Business, and Accountancy at City University London, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from King’s College London, and a Master’s in Education from University College London. His extensive educational background and experience position him uniquely as the Director of Education and School Learning Experience.
Currently, Mr. Muhammad Faizan Khan is focusing on teacher training, early childhood learning development, and upgrading the school's infrastructure to be technology-driven, ensuring that students are equipped with the latest learning techniques and tools.
