General Application Documents

  1. Completed Application Form: Submit the online application form with accurate and complete details.
  2. Academic Transcripts:
    • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or O-Level Results: Certified copies showing all subject grades.
    • Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent, if applicable, for transfer students or those with advanced-level qualifications.
  1. National ID or B-Form: Upload a scanned copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form for identity verification.
  2. Passport-Size Photograph:
    • Specifications: Recent photo with a white or light background.
    • Format: JPEG or PNG.
    • Size: 2” x 2”.
  1. Proof of Application Fee Payment: Submit a receipt or confirmation of payment for the non-refundable application fee.

Program-Specific Documents

  • Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering Applicants: Copies of results for science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics) showing visible scores.
  • Computer Science Applicants: Certified copy of results for Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, if applicable.
  • Commerce Applicants: Academic records showing grades in relevant subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Accounting, and Economics).
  • Vocational Training Program Applicants: Any additional certifications or diplomas related to the intended vocational course.
